How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

2nd week into uni now....i think the work will start to pile up soon. Tho, i'm in a new skool--sheridan and so far its been pretty fun.
Projects are stuff that i wanna do and like. at least so far...

I love lifedrawing...:P

anyways, I've do have quite a few lineart work and one is inked.....but no new CGs cause...i wanna do another Advent Children pic...I dunno what i wanna do yet tho....trying to figure out a composition where i can put cloud+aeris+tifa+vincent....but so far stuff aren't workin out... hm maybe i'll juist do one char.

After that piece is done, i can colour stuff...and.....i still owe a few people gift arts...*cough* .... sorry KD and Limey (u owe me one too! hahaa)

U can be the next one on my lineup of peopel i need to darw for...cuz i've been busy...skool...(or more like procrastinating) aha...

yea i just use normal pencil art to cg usually....but actually depends on the style...if i'm doing say..my final fantasy pieces...i just use pencil lines...cuz it adds to the painted...traditional kinda look. But if i'm doing more anime....naruto.....in a more simple kinda shading...(more closer to an animation style) then i'd ink it in painter or photoshop.
as for clean lineart. if i want the pencil lines.....i try to sketch using a blue pencil first and then pencil in the end when i'm sure what i want. tho if it still gets messy i'd scan it in.....make it REALLY light and change the colour of ur lineart to..say...light blue..then print it out and redraw ur pencils on it again.

I'm just gonna do another Tifa one for the contest at SO i think...no time to do scenes and multiple chars unfortunately....i hardly had the time to squeeze from school =(

OMG and our calender project eh? due in nov? ahhhh i gotta get workin on tat too. haha.

oooooh that's a good idea! print out and redraw... you're a genius!!! :bow: yeah, i used to use blue pencil until i got lazy.. but my best stuff came out of blue pencil drawings, so i should probably go back to it (it's just so hard to erase it! argh!)

yeah, calendar pic is due nov. 15. i'm probably gonna do like an all nighter the day before, hahahaha! well.. my good art comes out of all nighters, i guess. o.O;; i get the month after you~ yay! we rock.

alright alright, seriously though: do you normally just use clean pencil art to cg??? do you ink?? i never notice.. i'm too slow in the head. o.O;; how do you get clean lineart..cause my hand smudges stuff all over the place...
